I welcome a new addition to the Team, Peter Lorrain-Smith, as Topside Dive Manager, Peter a Police Sergeant and planning officer of many major events in Scotland from logistics and contingency for the Common Wealth Games, Ryder Cup and G8. He is a qualified PADI Diving instructor and Swift Water Rescue Technician within Police Scotlands "Search and Rescue Unit".
